About Me

Hi, I’m Pearl — a psychotherapist and art therapist who helps people find their way back to themselves.

The Inner Anchor began from my own journey of learning that healing doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly — it comes from imperfect consistency, from having the courage to return.

I created this space to help you build inner resilience — not by pushing harder, but by softening inward. Through a blend of mindfulness, creative reflection, and self-compassion, I guide people to reconnect with their inner anchor so they can move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and care.

Before building these courses, I spent years supporting clients one-on-one — many of them overwhelmed, burnt out, or feeling stuck in old patterns they couldn’t quite name. What I learned again and again is that real change often begins in small, quiet ways: a shift in awareness, a moment of grace, a new way of seeing ourselves.
